CLQ Chain Multi-Function Ultrasonic Cleaner

USAGE & INTRODUCTION:
The machine conforms to the "cGMP" requirement , for vials , oral liquid bottle washing, a new generation of general multi-function washing devices.
The whole machine adopts PLC control, man-machine interface operation, with manual and automatic switching function. Rough first ultrasonic washing, bottle to enter a specific bottle bucket, after eleven alternating water and gas stations pressure flushing inside and outside, finally exiting by the translation agency, and into the next dry sterilization procedure.
The machine is equipped with water filtration and compressed air filtration device to ensure water and air cleanliness. Water, air pipes independent of each other, and with quick connector, to avoid cross contamination. Water, air filtration devices with recoil, can online washing.
The machine is also equipped with water, air pressure protection, heating overload protection, so that after washing the bottles meet the pharmacopoeia requirements clarity.
The dynamic area and washing area is completely separated, so as to prevent pollution, and easy maintenance.
