YGZ Type Of Oral Liquid Filling And Sealing Machine

USAGE & INTRODUCTION:
The machine conforms to the "cGMP" requirement, being the main component in the oral liquid filling lines.
The machine is composed of the progressive side net to send bottles, large diameter slow disc with with ceramic pump bottle track filling, simple cover tube and oscillator-type transmission, flexible one-knife or three-knife track capping roll, roller bottle collection device and so on.
Machine uses touch-screen dynamic display full Chinese menu, PLC control, human-machine interface operation, frequency stepless speed regulation; also with no bottle no filling, no cover no capping, cover lack Stop, & production counting.
The new compact struction, saving area; large-diameter slow disk to send bottle filling bottle, no drip; tray rail reduces the support: mold form of the table edge suppression makes it easier to clean the water reservoir; Flexible three rolling knife sealing without bottle rotate, but also firm and smooth; the high-capacity machine can stand alone as well as  be linked into the production line.
