Electromagnetic energy heater is a kind of heater which uses electromagnetic induction principle to convert electric energy into heat energy. Current transforms 50/60HZ alternating current into DC voltage through controller (core), then converts 20-40KHZ high-frequency voltage and high-speed changing current to generate high-frequency magnetic field by winding high-frequency coil outside the pot. When the iron pot is in the magnetic field range, the pot body cuts alternating magnetic force. Line generates alternating current (eddy current). The eddy current makes the iron molecule move at high speed and irregularly. The molecule collides and rubs with each other to produce heat energy. Therefore, the heat source of the electromagnetic energy heater comes from the self-heating of the pot, not from the conductive heat source. The heat efficiency is more than 95%, which is more than 15% energy-saving compared with the traditional electric heating heater.
Heat pump heating technology is an advanced heating technology with high energy efficiency ratio in the world at present. According to the principle of inverse Carnot cycle, it uses compressor to consume a small amount of auxiliary energy (electric energy) to make refrigerant circulating in different systems produce different changes and different effects (evaporation heat absorption and condensation heat release) so as to recover low-temperature heat source to produce high-temperature heat energy. Heat pump heater is essentially a kind of heat lifting device, which consumes part of the heat itself, excavates the energy stored in the environment, raises the temperature level for use, and the function (electric energy) consumed by the whole heat pump device is only one third or less of the heat supply. The ratio of output energy to input energy, i.e. COP, can be more than 3. The energy efficiency ratio (COP) of ordinary electric heaters is less than 0.9, that of oil-fired and gas-fired boilers is 0.7-0.8, and that of coal-fired boilers is only 0.35-0.65.
In the work of electromagnetic energy heater, a large amount of waste heat will be produced in the pot body, high frequency coil and controller core, which will damage the electronic components and modules in the electromagnetic control core. At present, air cooling method is mainly used to reduce the temperature in China. By using heat source technology, through the work of heat pump compressor and axial flow fan, the waste heat is absorbed and converted into high temperature heat energy to produce hot water above 80 C, which greatly improves the heating efficiency of heat pump, and achieves the purpose of cooling the waste heat produced in various parts of electromagnetic energy heater.
Heat pump heating technology only consumes a small amount of electric energy and obtains a return of 2 to 6 times the input power. Its energy consumption is only to drive the compressor to continuously evaporate, absorb heat, condense and release heat to produce high temperature heat energy, rather than directly obtain heat energy through the heat conduction source. Therefore, there are some limitations, the existing technology can not use heat pump heating technology to raise the water temperature above the boiling point (100 C), can not meet the user's demand for high-temperature steam. The application of electromagnetic heating technology in this product makes the energy efficiency of the product complementary. In addition to high efficiency and energy saving, electromagnetic heating technology has the characteristics of fast heating and instantaneous heating. The high temperature water obtained by low energy heat pump heater is injected into the pot of electromagnetic steam generator through high pressure water pump. The water temperature can be raised to above 150 C in 2-3 minutes, and the pressure can reach 0.4 MPa of saturated steam.
At present, the electromagnetic heat pump steam generator is a product with high efficiency, energy saving, low carbon, environmental protection, safety and high thermal efficiency in China. It is an ideal substitute for small boilers such as oil and gas combustion.
