USAGE &BRIEF INTRODUCTION
This machine group meets the requirement of “CGMP”,it is used to wash,sterilize and fill the antibiotic bottles,it is made by CLQ-C type ultrasonic washing machine,KSM type glass bottle tunnel sterilizing machine,FJZ-400 type high speed screwbar powder filling machine to be a linkage production line.
The cleaning adopt advanced special bucket to load bottles,modular cleaning,eleven water-gas alternating rinse,mechnical arm taking out the bottles;sterilizing adopt hot-wind cycle,unique thermal expansion connected,water cycle cooling,mesh belt washing on line,filling adopt stainless steel belt to load bottles,step-by-step motor control,four heads screwbar filling,mechnical arm plugging,filling & plugging adopt sterilizing docking etc advanced technology.
The machine group has touch screen operation,PLC whole automatically control,it has the function of cleaning on-line,inspecting on-line,over-temperature alarming,no sub-filling when no bottles,no plugging when no bottles,dosage can be adjusted on-line,on-line weighing，sterilizing docking , dust particles inspecting hole,counting automatically etc.
